KETUMBAR BUMBU:
Garlic, peeled, chopped 4 cm 6 clovesGinger, peeled, choppedCoriander seeds, roasted, 2 tablespoons diulegOil 120 ml
FIRE MATERIALS:
Cow ribs, in-trimming net 500grSalt 1 tspPepper 1/2 tsp500 ml beef brothABC 100ml sweet sauceLime juice according to selaraSambal soy sauce according to tasteFried onions taste
HOW TO MAKE :BUMBU KETUMBAR
Heat oil in a saucepan• Put garlic & ginger, saute until fragrant & ripe.• Put coriander powder and stir until blended. Set aside.

• Spread ribs with coriander flavor on a flat. Then keep 1 night in the refrigerator.• Heat beef broth in a presto pan.• Season the beef ribs that are dimarinate with salt and pepper then input in a boiling pot of presto.• Close the presto cooker and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the thickness of the meat.• Turn off the presto cooker and open it after the air pressure in the pan is gone.• Remove the beef ribs from the pan, remove the stickers, apply with sweet soy sauce and then grill over a hot grill.• Bake until brownish on all sides, remove.• Cut to the desired size and serve with soy sauce and lime and sprinkle with fried onions.
